My name is Cathal Horgan, I am from Sandyford in Dublin, I am currently studying Biomedical Engineering in Trinity.

I have always been interested in current affairs and politics and this led me to join Ógra, but what has kept me in Ógra is the dedication of members to the bettering of Ireland, and the craic!

As National Council Secretary I am responsible for ensuring that meetings are well-organised and ensuring records are accurately maintained.
