Our Message
- We now have serious momentum in the critical delivery of homes across the country
- Commencements and completions of homes have been rising, and we have a strengthening pipeline of new homes, including record levels of public housing delivery.
- Ireland is delivering new housing at a rate, per head of population, far higher than many of our European peers.
- With Budget 2027, we are driving on with what needs to be done to keep homebuilding moving at pace and scale across our towns and cities.
