As someone who runs her own business Lisa understands the unique difficulties facing self-employed people. One of her key priorities is to support the self-employed and encourage greater entrepreneurship.

Lisa, like many others, has emigrated for work in the past and appreciates how difficult this decision is and the effects it has on families and the wider community. She wants to work to create opportunities for people in Mayo so they can return home and build a life and to stop future emigration.

Lisa has campaigned tirelessly over the last number of years for a better health service in Mayo and for an improved ambulance service. This is a top priority for her and one for which she will continue to fight.
