Francis is married to Helen and has two teenage sons, Kevin and Jason.Currently he is the branch manager in a wholesale and retail outlet.
Francis has been an active member of the FF organisation for the past twenty six years. He has been a delegate to the Comhairle Ceantair for the past twenty two years. He is also a member of the local Community Council and other local organisations.
