My name is Harry Gaughan, and I am from Castlebar in County Mayo. I am a second-year Business and Law student in UCD.
As Connacht Organiser, I want to connect with grassroots members and create a strong link between Ógra and senior party Cumainn.
As a student in UCD, I am fully aware that Ógra can tend to be overly focused on Dublin. I will work to ensure events are held in the region regularly. Local events drive local interest, and this is crucial to help Connacht thrive.
I am excited to work with members across Connacht to build momentum and ensure our voices are strongly represented.
