A chairde,
My name is Cian Domican, and I am the current Leinster Organiser of Ógra Fhianna Fáil.
I’m 19 and a native of Kill in County Kildare. I currently study Economics, Politics and Law in DCU, where I am a proud member of the Pádraig Pearse Cumman. I am also involved with my home CDC in Kildare North.
Leinster is the most diverse province in Ireland. We have everything from the commuter belt metropolitans of Maynooth, Dunboyne and Bray. To our agricultural heartlands of Offaly, Laois and Kilkenny. Making it so our members have many different concerns and ideas, that they want heard at the top level. However, no single individual can have all of the answers to the very complex issues that our region faces. That is why I intend to make Leinster the most membership focused region in this organisation.
Having only joined Ógra during the first Covid summer of 2020, I’m a relatively new face on the block. But I think this gives me an advantage. I believe it is time for Leinster to really be shaken up.
