Important Safety Works at Boolies, Duleek to receive Departmental funding – Byrne

Funding has been allocated to Meath County Council to pursue low cost safety improvements works at Boolies, Duleek. The County Council will receive funding of €35,000 to ensure the safety of motorists using this stretch of road according to Fianna Fáil Senator for Meath, Thomas Byrne.
‘This is a very busy road with a high volume of traffic and serves as a conduit for people travelling between Duleek and Ashbourne’
‘This is good news for local people and I am glad to see the Government prioritising road safety in this round of funding. More funding is required if we are to create a truly safe road network’ said Senator Byrne.
