AIMS AND OBJECTIVES Retention of A-E Unit at Ennis General Hospital Allow building of one-off houses in rural areas of North Clare to restore its historical population Provision of services such as water, sewerage and telephone to accommodate rural settlements Extension of present rural transport routes which operate in Carron, Corofin, Tubber and Inagh to other areas of North Clare Improve services and facilities for Disabled and Senior Citizens Protection against coastal erosion Reduction of present high Insurance costs for young drivers.
