"I was delighted to represent Roscommon County Council from 1979 - 2003 and to be elected to the 30th Dáil in 2002 for the constituency of Roscommon/Longford. My priority for the constituency is the provision of improved infrastructure, roads, extension of the natural gas line for Roscommon/Longford, industrial jobs, decentralisation and tourism development.
