Personal Details

Mary is a native of Loughrea and from a long established family in the town. She has been employed by the Western health Board over the years. Mary has a deep commitment to education having served on Boards of Management at both primary and secondary levels, and has been a member of the governing authority of NUIG since 1997. She has worked tirelessly for the Loughrea Community over the years and currently she is Chairperson of Loughrea Youth Development Project. Chairperson of Loughrea Childcare Committee. Secretary of Loughrea Neighbourhood Watch. Treasurer of Loughrea History Project. Member of the Housing SPC of Galway County Council.
