Darragh BUTLER was co-opted to replace Michael KENNEDY T.D. on Fingal County Council in June 2007 to represent the Swords electoral ward that includes Donabate, Lusk, Portrane, St. Margarets, Rolestown and parts of Santry. Darragh is a member of the Fianna Fáil River Valley (Swords) Cumann has been a regular member of Michael's canvassing team since 2002.
