Born Grehanstown, Killucan, Co. Westmeath, October 1941. Married to Margaret Fallon, two sons, two daughters. Educated St. Mary's CBS, Mullingar and St. Loman's School of Nursing, Mullingar. Registered Psychiatric Nurse, Substance Abuse Therapist. Contested 1997 General Election in Westmeath. Keen interest in the Irish language and Irish traditional music.
