Stillorgan school to undergo work on water services - Corrigan

Setanta Special National School, Beech Park, Stillorgan has been approved grant aid for replacement of water services, according to Dublin South Senator Maria Corrigan.

“I’m pleased to confirm that the Tánaiste & Minister for Education and Skills Mary Coughlan T.D. has approved grant aid for Setanta Special National School, Beech Park, Stillorgan.  This funding will be used for the replacement of water services at the school, which caters for children with autism.”

“I have made representations to the Tánaiste on this matter and I’m delighted this funding has been approved under the contingency funding available in the department.”

“Setanta Special School has a holistic approach to students with asd, their parents, families and staff.  The school is providing a high standard of education to students in a specialised learning environment.  I want to thank the principal, board of management and teachers for their ongoing commitment to students,” concluded Senator Corrigan.
