“Dermot Earley was a personal friend of mine & my deepest sympathies go out to his wife Mary, sons Dermot, David, & Conor his daughters Paula, Anne Marie & Noelle and his mother Kitty Earley. My sympathies also go out to his colleagues in the Irish Defence Forces and in the GAA, who will be deeply saddened by his loss.”
