Grant of up to €217k for Tarbert Community Care - McEllistrim

Tarbert Community Care has been approved for a grant of up to €217,000, according to Kerry North Fianna Fáil TD Thomas McEllistrim.

The funding will be administered by North and East Kerry Development and is expected to go towards the building of a new facility for Tarbert Community Care.

Speaking about the funding announcement, Deputy McEllistrim said, "This is very welcome news for everyone involved with Tarbert Community Care. They have been pushing to secure this funding and I am delighted that it has now been approved. They will no doubt put this grant to very good use and I hope it will allow Tarbert Community Care to continue their excellent work, providing their services to even more people in the area," he concluded.

The funding has been provided by the Department of Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs.
