Fine Gael and Labour changing positions as differences grow - Curran

The one thing that is clear from Fine Gael and Labour so far is that they keep changing their positions and the differences between them keep growing.

This is only the second full day of the campaign yet they’ve already changed their policies on the fundamental issues of budget policy and jobs targets.

They say they want to go into government together but have started sniping at each other.

This would be funny if it wasn’t so serious.  The issues facing our economy are urgent.  They should stop the political games and put forward honest plans for the next five years.
