Developing the Green Economy in Ireland

Taoiseach, Mr. Brian Cowen TD, launched the Report of the High-Level Group on Green Enterprise Developing the Green Economy in Ireland on Wednesday 2nd December 2009. Green Enterprise is a key element of Irelands economy and this report lays out the actions that must be taken to avail of new opportunities to bring further jobs and investment here. The launch was also attended by Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment Mary Coughlan T.D., Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources Mr. Eamon Ryan T.D. and Chairman of the High Level Group on Green Enterprise, Mr. Joe Harford.
